SALON GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19
Your safety is my #1 priority!
Because of that, your appointment might look a bit different than you are used to. Below you can read the precautions I have implemented in the salon and what to expect before, during and after you appointment:
Before your appointment:
You will receive a text message with a form and waiver to fill out before EACH appointment. Please be honest and let me know if you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been in the last 72 hours. This helps keep us all healthy and helps to prevent a potential need to close the salon for 2 weeks.
When you arrive:
When you arrive please wait in your car and send me a text message or a message via FB messenger to let me know you are here. I will come out to get you, greet you with a smile and bring you in.
Columbia County no longer has a mask mandate.
I have chosen to take the stance that we are all responsible, caring humans and your health is your responsibility. I also want to fully respect each persons choice on whether you mask or not.
With that said, I will follow your lead when you walk in the door.
During your appointment:
We will still have great conversation! You can still get your favorite snack or beverage. And the beauty of the salon experience here is: IT'S STILL JUST YOU AND I. Something I believe is so comforting right now.
Let's talk checkout and product purchases:
I am still accepting all forms of payment, though credit card is preferred. When you do use your card, I will send you a text message with a clean checkout option.
When it comes to products, I know you all love the REF line as much as I do! But right now let me grab the products for you and bag them. This is also a great opportunity to ask a few questions and try something new!
I am still taking photos and you can choose if you wear a mask in them or not. I will remain 6 ft away, the zoom option on my camera is fantastic for this situation. And I will send you your pictures via messenger like always so you can share away!
SALON CLEANING PRACTICES AND PRECAUTIONS
Surfaces will be cleaned with a hospital grade disinfectant such as Barbicide. Salon chairs and couch will be disinfected with lysol or disinfecting wipes, which ever is available.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
The bathroom has disposable towels and touch free hand soap for washing hands.
All capes, combs, brushes and clips are changed between guests.
A phone sanitizer is available for use during your visit.
Temperatures are not being taken at this time, however that can change at anytime.
I have the right to refuse or reschedule service if I feel you are sick when you arrive.
If you have any questions before your appointment, don't hesitate to reach out and ask. I want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
New Appointment Booking Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines when booking and there should be no problems securing your appointments:
Haircut WITHOUT Color please book "Block 1" at 6am or 8:30am only.
Any Color appointment that includes HIGHLIGHTS, WITH or WITHOUT a Haircut please book "Block 2" at 6am, 7am or 9:30am.
LONG or THICK hair color services WITH or WITHOUT a Haircut please book "Block 3" at 6am or 9am
If you are a grey coverage guest that needs color WITHOUT HIGHLIGHTS, WITH or WITHOUT a Haircut please book a "Block 4" at 6am, 8am or 10am
